My name is Barbara Boicken and I have been a part-time resident in Pinetop since 2003.  I recently took early retirement from Phoenix Coca-Cola, a company I worked at for 23 years and now I am a full time resident in this beautiful community.

   The idea of my business came to me when I was still a part-time resident wishing there was someone I could call ahead of my visit so I would be able to just drive directly to my home and relax. Everything would be ready for me to enjoy my visit.

   I would not have to go out after dark and turn on my water, turn up my water heater, or walk into a cold house in the winter. It would have been really great if I did not have to stop at the grocery store, especially when I had the grandchildren in the car.

   It was so inconvenient when I would come up on Friday night after work, have to wake the grand kids up and take them into the store with me. I just wanted to get to my place and relax. How wonderful it would have been to walk in and have everything ready for that relaxing time. How nice to be able to have your home cleaned, laundry done with clean bedding after you leave, having everything ready for your next visit.

   Before my mother passed away at the age of 86, I had to move into her home and care for her. I did this for 1 ½ years and have a very soft spot for the elderly.
